To switch an active subscription to ACH (Automatic Bank Account) Payments, follow these simple steps.

To get started, you must be logged into your account. If you don’t know your username or need help accessing your account, please contact our Customer Care Team at (800) 972-0433 or [email protected]If you already have a subscription but your account doesn’t include an email address, please contact Customer Care before creating a new online account. This will ensure your current subscription is updated correctly and you receive the discount without disruption.

Step 1: Go to “My Account”


Once logged in, select “My Account” in the top navigation.
Under View My Activity, click on “Subscriptions”.

Step 2: Click “Subscription Settings” for the Subscription You Want to Update

On the My Subscriptions page, locate the active subscription you want to update.
Click the “Subscription Settings” link.

Step 3: Choose “Pay with new payment method”

On the Renewal Settings page:

  1. If you are not already enrolled in autorenewal, check the box for “Enable automatic renewal for this subscription.”
    If you are already enrolled in auto-renewal with a different payment method, click the button for “Update Auto-Renewal Payment Method.”
  2. Select “Pay with new payment method.”
    Then click “Update payment method for automatic renewals.” This will take you to the secure payment screen.

Step 4: Select “US Bank Account” on the Payment Screen

On the Secure Payment Entry window, click the tab labeled “US bank account.”

You have two options for entering your bank account information:

  1. Search for your bank and sign in through a secure portal.

  2. If your bank doesn’t appear in the search results or you prefer not to sign in, click the link that says “Enter bank details manually instead.”

If You Enter Bank Details Manually

When entering bank details manually, Stripe will verify your account using microdeposits:

  • Within 1–2 business days, you will see two small deposits (typically less than $1.00 each) in your bank account.

  • Once you receive these deposits, return to your account on our website to verify the amounts and complete the ACH setup.

  • Your ACH payment method will not be active until this verification is completed.

This process helps protect against fraud and ensures the bank account is yours. If you don’t see the microdeposits after 2 business days, check with your bank or contact Customer Care for assistance.
